Yes , I have a question for you . I have vaginal discharge with pieces of dark brown ( like dry clot ) in it for few days and lower abdominal discomfort . My last period finished 6 days a go and discharge started right after . I used Metrogel for 5 days ( my dr prescribed ) and finished the coarse last night . Still have the same problem . What should I do ?

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. It seems to be remnant of last menses being drained out... except for you had pelvic / severe vaginal infection ( for which you were given Metrogyl ).. which can cause such bleeding & needs further follow up by treating doctor )/ It can be bleeding from cervical polyp. Please wait for couple of days. Take rest. Consult your treating doctor for need of further treatment & to look for possibility of bleeding due to pelvic inflammation or polyp . If every thing is clear- bleeding may stop automatically & may need treatment only if the thing recurs again. Thanks.
