What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Spotting With Nausea And Headache?

Hi. For te the past 3 days i have been spotting. First day it was light pink at first and then dark brown. And then these 2 last days its only been dark brown. I have also been feeling tired nauseous and been having lots of headaches. I just had my son 3months ago. And my last period was normal. Any suggestions what it could be.
