What Causes Dark Colored Stool While Suffering From Bacterial Vaginosis?

Hello, I have seen a doctor and waiting for urine test to confirm bacterial vaginosis. Meanwhile, he prescribed 2 oral pills of flagyl then vaginal gel for 5 days. Since I have had pain at the very beginning of the anus and noticed stool turned dark and mucus. Should I be concerned?

it appear to be malena with amoebiosis. get stool examined can take a course of metrogyl.urine can be examined for culture and sensitivity. drink more water and take syp alcasol. can take most effective antibiotic inculture report.
