The lips of my vagina are turning black inside. It hurts at times. Discoloration, itching, pain are also increasing. What does cancer on the inside of my vaginal area look like. I am a Stage 3 Breast Cancer survivor of over 15 yrs. I m worried. It s actually turning black.
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Since you are breast cancer survivor, you should immediately consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of your vagina and cervix. Such blackish appearance and other symptoms are commonly seen with infection and cancer. So without wasting much time, immediately consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination. You will need biopsy and culture to rule out cancer and infection respectively. Avoid unprotected Intercourse if you are sexually active. Avoid perspiration and moisture in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
