What Causes Dark Discolouration On Foreskin And Scrotum?
It s a delicate subject.For the last 15 years my penis foreskin has been a dark brown colour and it extends down one side of my Scrotum.I had a bad habit of masturbating from age 15 and it stated soon after. I now want to be circumcised as I m planning to convert to Judaism so any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Dark brown colour that occurs on skin is called hyper-pigmentation. It can be a result of many different conditions. Irritations, inflammations, hormonal diseases and growth in skin cells can cause this problem.
