What Causes Dark Discoloured Spots On The Arms?
I am a 18 year old female. I do not go outside much, but as a child and as i got older i have always had one or two spots on my body the size of freckles, only darker like the colour of a mole (but they are not raised, they are flat). Recently ive gotten a lot more on my arm out of the blue and i just discovered two new ones on one of my breasts. Should i be worried???

I really appreciate your concern, the skin manifestation could be due to some hormone changes if this is not itching or cause any symptoms although it is nothing to worry if this goes away on its own and chances of this is very likely so wait for some time, if it does not comes around then it can be clinically examined, or it can be tried with "Diphenhydramine lotion " hope this information helps.
