Hi my daughter is 6 months old when she was about 3 weeks I was bathing her and noticed this dark patch on her inner ankle then started to notice more rough dry dark patches on her right side of her body only like her leg her arm pit and her stomach it looks likes dirt but it won t come off and it s dry and rough
