What Causes Dark Green Stool With Black Particles In An Infant?

My baby is 18 months and had cold cough and doctor said it was acute bronchitis and put him on amoxicillin twice daily for 10 days. About 4 days of medication he is feeling better but his poop is dark green with black seed kind of things. He is active healthy walkig running except that he doesn t eat much now.
