What Causes Dark Green Stools While On Treatment For C-diff?
I have dark green colored stool - diet has not changed, no new supplements. I am being treated for C-diff for my third bout. I am on Vancomycin 250mg for 3 months. Never had a dark green stool as a result before. What I have read so far is not too good about dark green stool.

Could means ur bile products are not reabsorbed. Probebly not because of vancomycin. I suggest u do stool for occult blood, parasites and leykocytes.
