General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned.

Vomiting, fever are usually due to a viral or bacterial infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
The infections normally less than a week, usually most symptoms have resolved by day 3.

Treatment involves: (1)holding off all solids till there is a 4 hour window with no vomiting
At that point start a small amount of solid dry food.

(2)fluid and electrolyte replacement eg pedialyte or a sport drinks. It is important that the fluids and electrolytes that she is losing , are replaced.

She would need to take very small amounts initially eg 1 tsp to 1 tbs every 5 mins for an hour, if this is tolerated then the amount can be increased.
If she uses too much, she will vomit.

If she vomits in between the hour, it is restarted.

(3)probiotics may also help though they are mainly used with diarrhea

I hope this helps
