What Causes Dark Grey Spots Beside The Genitals?

I have 2 dark grey big spots on my inner thighs right ended and beside my genitals. I BELIEVE, not sure but I think I had a ring worm rash there 2 months ago. The rash never itches and now it has turned in to a very big spot. One on both sides of my genitals. What treatment is there to get rid of this and what is this?

Hello dear
Do not worry.
Spot without any symptoms is harmless.
It is just like pimples due to tight clothing.
Just apply candid talc and lotion in that area.
