Hello, I am 18 years old and have noticed a small dark almost freckle like mark on my labia. I have also been developing light lumps on my vulva which I originally thought were from shaving. They come and go and are often painful. I am also 2 weeks late for my period but have never had sex. Can someone give me an idea of what could be going on and if any if these things are related?
