As per your query you have dark marks on the face after using Deriva MS which seems to be due to excessive exposure to sunlight leading to postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. It could be due to an allergic reaction as well.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with anti inflammatory medication. Use cream containing kojic acid or azelaic acid, both are very good in treating dark complexion and safe for long term use. You should drink plenty of water to rehydrate body. Beside that apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 to protect your skin from further darkening due to UV rays of sun. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
