Steroid creams initially shows wonderful effects on face by reducing pigmentation and brightening the face.. But long term use has severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, rashes, itching, excess hairgrowth and dilated veins under the skin.. As far as Clearz plus is concerned, it contains Kojic acid and Vitamin C and is helpful in improving complexion and is also not harmful for long term use.. But i would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist who can evaluate you clinically and you can be advised depigmentation creams and facewash like salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, kojic acid, arbutin and glycolic acid creams etc.. You can apply aloevera gel on face Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub.. Take Vitamin C supplements daily.. Always apply sunscreen lotion when you get exposed to sun..
