Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain red dots on tongue seems to be due to inflamed tongue papillae causing Transient Lingual Papillitis..
It can also be due to inflammation of the tongue mucosa causing formation of red inflamed patches/spots..
It can occur commonly due to deficiency of Iron and
Vitamin B12, burning with hot foods and chemical substances like concentrated mouthwash solution,
dry mouth, side effects of medications etc..
You can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Take a
multivitamin tablet daily..
You can also gargle with
cold water and suck ice pops..
You should avoid spicy and hard foods and take a soft bland diet..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
