Hello Dr. Rynne. I noticed dark spots near the urethral opening of my uncircumcised penis today. I clean my penis everyday during showers but had never noticed it earlier. There are about 3 spots, the largest one is about 2 mm and a bit irregular with clear borders. I don't have any itching or pain. I don't have any other symptoms. My last sexual activity was about 6 months ago with my girlfriend. Neither of us have had any other sexual partners. I am a 32 year old male, non-smoker. I have not been on any medications. I have been masturbating frequently these days, about 4-5 times per week.
