I have several mole like spots on my penis. I am very concerned. One is flat and skin colored. The other is more of a cluster in one area and sort of purple looking. I can feel several other small ones starting. There are also 2 at the base of the shaft that are more brown in color and sadly I recently discovered a lump beneath my scrotum area. I think it leaked blood once. I am afraid to seek medical attention from fear of embarrassment.
