What Causes Dark Spots On The Back Be Removed?

Hello Dr, I have been having this pimples on my back that turns to dark spots after I must have piled if off or applied anything on it. It is scattered all over my back. I have been taking some antibiotics and applying for creams to help clear it off but it still comes out. It started from the top part of my back and its now affecting the whole of my back. Please it scares me and I really need an urgent solution to the skin problem. Will be glad if I can get a fast solution from you. Warm regards, Eric.

Dark spots on back could be acne , boils etc. It would be difficult to diagnose your condition without visual inspection of actual lesions. I would suggest kindly seek dermatology consultation who would guide you appropriate management.
