What Causes Dark Stool With Blood?

Hey I have been experiencing tarry stool, now sometimes it comes with actual blood and I am now constipated, but I started feeling pain in my stomach when I apply pressure to it now and I have a cold sensation in it, is it something to be worried about?

I really appreciate your concern. Dark colored stool may be because of bleeding in upper gastrointestinal tract. Fresh blood in stool indicates intestinal bleeding. If person come with these symptoms to my clinic I suggest him Stool occult blood report. Further management depends upon it.
