What Causes Dark Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps After A Still Born Delivery?
I had my son 7 weeks ago he was stillborn, had pp bleeding for about 2 weeks , then had clear mucas with pink tinge to it now I have a dark red/brownish color discharge had cramps about two weeks ago no smell to it what could it be? Maybe my period returning?

Usually there's discharge from vagina After a child birth , be it live or still born .
it lasts UpTo two months also.
Initially it's red , then pink and finally white.
If anytime there's heavy bleeding , you must visit your OB GYN and get an internal examination
