This brown discharge may also be vaginal infection if its associated with fever ,itching near vagina and very foul smell. Some patients also get urinary infection. If fever is high then you may consult a doctor as soon as possible as examination is mandatory in this situation. Your doctor may advice injectable antibiotics.
