What Causes Dark Vein In Arm Just Below Elbow?

I have a vein that I can feel in my right arm just below my elbow which is sometimes sensitive to the touch, red and some slight swelling around the fat tissue right in front if the elbow. I can see where the vein is slightly dark in color and sire to the touch. Do I need to see a doctor?

yes you should go for a doctor , this may be a thrombophlebitis of vein, as per hour symptoms. this is basalic vein, which may get inflamation , you should give rest of elbow part and take painkiller like diclofenac 50 mg for it, if paining.
