What Causes Dark Yellow Urine And Swelling In The Fingers?
Hi...I am 50yrs old and I have undergone lapero scoping hysterectomy 6 months back and I m taking Ibufem tab one daily.My urine is too concentrated with strong yellow colour...have no urinary infection. ..I got my blood test done and found Hb1C7.2;SGPT38ANDGGT44. ..My fingers are slightly swollen since 3 months (started HRT3months back).Apart from this no other symptoms or discomfort..Kindly reflect on my condition

Ibufem tablet can cause this problem. So your HBA1 levels also high.
So get it done fasting and postprandial blood sugar. Need to stop ibuprofen and start antidiabetic medication.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, drink plenty of water and liquids.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
