What Causes Dead Skin Around The Vagina?

I have what appears to be brown rolls of dirt surrounding my vagina. I am very clean. I shower daily, sometimes twice. I use unscented baby wipes after I use the restroom but make sure to pay the area dry to avoid obsessive mostuire but still my vagina is surrounded by the brown clumps of dirt. When I show they are back within moments and it’s only getting worse. They are taking over. I have taken serveal rounds of diflican Incase if a yeast infection as well as Monistat. Nothing has worked. I don’t know what this is. Not to sound over Dramtic but it’s runing my life. I feel dirty and disgusting all the time and every time I touch the area, there is mud like dirt.
