I'm 36yrs. height 5'3'', weight 71(at pregnancy of 27 weeks). My 1st pregnancy was a miscarriage at my age of 33. Next i was pregnant at 36yrs. and at 26+ weeks it started dribbling and at 28weeks of pregnancy I delivered the baby (normal delivery). But baby cudn't cry at birth and after few minutes he passed away. Post motum says it is due to deciduitis, severe chorioamnionitis and funsitis up to the fetal end of the umbilical cord. My questions are: 1) what are the reasons for them 2) Will I get the same problem at my next pregnancy too???
All these three conditions are due to some infection during pregnancy which affected even the baby also.
Please get examined from a Gynaecologist to ascertain that now there is no remnant of the infection in your genital tract. If any traces of infection are found, you will have to undergo antibiotics treatment. Once your genital tract is diagnosed to be without any infection, you can go for pregnancy. However, you have to take care during pregnancy to avoid any infection. Most of the times, these infections find their way from vagina. Make sure that you do not have any vaginal discharge and/or infection.
I hope this should help you.
