49 years and wanting to goto sleep way too early in the evening than i should do ,,my energy levels drop of to wards miday ,yet i have always been involved in fitness training in the past..but only in the last 12 months i have noticed my motivation for training is also droped off..is this old age..stuff??
Hi, Having age of 49 is not much age now a days. There might be having some underline disease like Diabetes, hypertension or thyroid problem. There might be having some vitamin deficiencies, anemia. As age age advances there might be having some depletion in hormones. Consult your doctor and get examined. Take B.complex and multivitamin supplements. Take plenty of green veggies, fresh fruits, juices. Ok and take care.
