What Causes Decrease In Gamma Globulin Levels While Having Fatigue And Depression?

I have low gamma globulin levels with chronic fatigue and severe depression but my doctors can find no link. I have had multiple scans, bloodwork, cancer biopsies, negative for parasites and thyroid function but am getting weaker and sicker every day. Thank you, Marc
