What Causes Decrease In The Sperm Count Despite Taking Fertisure-M?
I m 33yr old before 3 month ago my sperm count was 10milion then I started fertisure M twice a day after one month my sperm count increased from 10 to 15milion dr said to continue till 2 month more then after 3 month my sperm coun decreased from 15 to 5 milion Sir what should have I done It could be the side effect of fertisure M?

Your sperm count has decreased spontaneously. We cannot hold Fertisure-M responsible.
You can continue Fertisure-M. I do not think discontinuing this drug will be helpful.
Before advising about any other drug, I would like you to have Semen Analysis from a good and reputed Fertility Center.
Everything will be crystal clear when I will see the reports of semen analysis.
There is a need to understand the sperm morphology, also need to see whether there is an infection or any other issue.
Do not worry. If you want to have a child, there are ample of treatments available. You can easily go for Intra Uterine Insemination which includes sperm washing.
In Sperm washing technique, the efficient sperms will be used for reproduction.
Along with Fertisure-M, you are advised to take Folic Acid 400 mcg daily, orally.
