I archana Verma 43,have diabetes since 5yrs.my weight is48 kg.I m taking sugamet sr 500mg 2times in a day having matamorphin.my fasting sugar was 110 mg n post meal 194 mg .I have removed overies n uterus 3yrs before.my problem is I feel very tired and my vision is decreasing slowly.what test I should do to check completely.please guide me

Tiredness usually common in diabetics and some other clinical conditions like iron deficiency and electrolyte imbalance. You need to check for Hb%, serum electrolytes and get the evaluation done.
Coming to vision, with age progressing, vision also decreases in some individual. In diabetics if sugar levels are not under control, then retina gets involved and reduces visibility. So you need to test refraction and retinal examination done.
