What Causes Decreased Blood Pressure Levels Along With Fatigue And Anxiety?

My 23yr old son had sinus surgery on march 30th for the second time in five months. After the first surgery in November he became very sick and was diagnosed with a staph infection in the sinuses which he was treated with doxcycline which ended Monday. However during the last two weeks my son who takes high blood pressure has been experiencing rapid changes in his blood pressure including drops in the pressure irregular heart rate with extreme fatigue along with moments of anxiety and poor concentration. The cardiologist he sees is checking for a adrenal tumor by doing a 24hr urine test and ordered a heart monitor. I am concerned that the staph has something to do with his symptoms. I would like to know what your medical advice would be for him?

Thank you for your contact to HCM. I understood your concern. I think his condition connects with lost of blood after surgery. He should follow iron riched diet:spinach,dates, raisin, pomegranate,apple, carrots,beet roots,buckwheat,peas and proteins(meat, curd, fish)for good absorption of iron.
You might require to check blood test.For incresing BP he needs 4 meals in a day, chocolate, tea, coffee every day. Use alternating shower, do exercises, swimming.
For anxiety he can take ashwagandha 2 capsule daily for 1 month.
I advice you to take revital for men 1 tablet daily for 1-2 month for increasing your tonus and energy.
