What Causes Decreasing CRP Levels Along With Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I have a crp level of 20 for the last month. My doctors seem very laid bk about it , I was on a pick line before Xmas for 8 weeks n did a month in hospital . Polycystic disease , kidneys are covered , one burst n crp was 30 . I also have extremely high liver fuctions , gamma , alk phos , but I have a liver shunt . Fibrous liver ! But all the doctors are just dealing with their specialty , n no ans , waiting on more tests !! Why am I not being treated as a whole person . I m in pain n v tired all the time. What should I do ?? Kidney functions are fine .
