Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a deep ache in my rt outer thigh, localized just above knee. Only very slight to no tenderness. No edema. I ve measured both thighs. No skin color difference. X-Ray was done, showing only mild degenerative changes in rt hip. Now dr wants to do MRI.. Would an ultrasound not be indicated first to r/o dvt? I ve had this pain for about 1 month. I actually strained my inner rt thigh approx 5 weeks ago when exercising. But that is gone & then then pain started.. Thank you, Judy No dimer done. Said was free. Not true?
