What Causes Deep Tissue Hematomas Across The Breast Post Trauma?

I was in a wreck a month ago and developed numerous deep tissue hematomas across my right breast and stomach due to the seatbelt, and inner left knee where the right knee hit it. There were only strips of swelling on the breast and stomach but once they did the ultrasound, both areas swelled more and are warm to the touch (they were not warm before the ultrasound). I ve seen no improvement and am scheduled to see a surgeon (which I am dreading), but no one has offered any means of alleviating them naturally. They don t hurt but really concern me. Any suggestions?

Hello

As you explain the situation the hematomas are due to trauma and given the fact that they are large it has been difficult for them to be dissolved by the organism and they are organised. In such situation the surgery is needed.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
