What Causes Dehydration In Patient With POTS, Asthma And Migrainious Vertigo?

I have POTS, asthma and migrainious vertigo. I just took a TST and showed only toes and fingers to sweat but that was with me only tolerating the heat for roughly 15mins in there. I dehydrate frequently but i am on a 3 liter and 6-8grams of salt diet daily. what else can be wrong ?
