What Causes Delay In Bleeding Despite Taking Mifepristone?

My wife was 7 weeks pregnant. In the sonography it was shown that there are no heartbeats. Now we are adviswd a kare kit as prescribed by the doctor. My wife has taken mifestrone tablet yesterday and still no signs of bleeding. Is this expected behaviour or she should bleed. Please help.

Only mifepristone will not start bleeding.. You have to take misoprostol tab 200 mg 4 tab stat with the consult from your doctor... If u take misoprost then only bleeding will start...if there was pregnancies...
Misoprost should be placed vaginally 4 tab at night bed time..
