Hi
I can understand your concern for the safety of Taxim O.
The use of antibiotic Taxim-O (Cefixime) is unlikely to be reason for your delayed period.
In addition to pregnancy, the delayed periods can be caused by

a. Hormonal imbalances like thyroid, prolactin, or sex hormones
b. Emotional or physical stress
c. Any infection like tooth infection
d. Increased physical activities
e. Inadequate diet
