What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

The last I had sex was in late September. For about a week straight and it was unprotected. I got my menstural cycle the next day and it was normal. But I haven't had my cycle once since then. I don't have any symptoms. Could I be pregnant? What else could this be?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
In fertile age 1st cause of lac of periods is pregnancy, so though you don't have symptoms of pregnancy, you should exclude pregnancy by pregnancy test/ USG abdomen.
Apart from pregnancy other things causing absent periods are-
sever anemia, debilitating diseases.
PCOD, hormonal imbalance, thyroid problems/diabetes.
Ovarian problems, fibroid of uterus.
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
