What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

hi im 39 i havent had a period for months occasional spotting, i have been experiencing hot flushes also, i generally feel unwell and this last week i have had thrush and now a great big coldsore, also at night ive been getting a really bad pain in my shoulder and down my arm its awlful.

Apart from pregnancy , delay in menstruation could be due to some problems in Uterus , ovaries , Hormonal imbalances especially Thyroid Diseases or you might be getting Early menopause .

You need to get certain tests for the evaluation . These are :

USG Abdomen Pelvis scan , Serum TSH , LH , FSH , Prolactin , .

Revert back to me with the reports .
