Just rubbing penis outside the vaginal opening does not have any possibility of pregnancy.
In fact after this incidence on 10 September, she had her menses on 23 September, according to your history. So now her next menses are due somewhere around 23 October which is yet to come. You need not be worried about the situation. She will get her next period in due course.
To avoid such stressful situations in future, please adapt reliable birth control, methods like condom, birth control pills or intrauterine device regularly.
I hope this helps you.
