Hallow Dear, Postinor 2 is a medicine which contains Progestational medicine. Therefore few days after taking the pill(s), there is some amount of bleeding. It is a known effect of the medicine. Moreover, after taking Postinor 2 even once in a cycle, delay in menses by few days to a week is known. You have taken Postinor 2 multiple times in one cycle. Hence, your menses will be delayed by more than a week. Your pregnancy tests are negative and you have consumed Postinor 2 in well prescribed schedule (within 72 hours of the unprotected sex). So there is practically no possibility of pregnancy. Be patient and you will get the menses within few days to weeks. If you are so regular and frequent in sexual activities, I would advise you to adapt some reliable contraceptive method like birth control pills, condom or intrauterine device regularly to avoid such stressful situations in life.
