hi,
Only 5 days late may not always show up as positive pregnancy test.
sore breasts can be a part of premenstrual syndrome or diabetes (in which case, it is called diabetic mastopathy, a condition that is rare and is typically seen in type 1 diabetes, and is unlikely in your case.)
you may recheck your pregnency test later as it is extremely important to realize that your targets for sugar levels change in pregnancy.
all the best.
