What Causes Delay In Periods After Microgynon Withdrawal?

Hello,Been taking microgynon pill for close to a yr but i stopped and have not seen my menstruation in like 3months without being pregnant, i want to continue with the pill before my bleeding starts, pls is it proper and whats the effect of doing that?
