What Causes Delay In Periods After Having Steroid Shots In The Back?

Yes please, I had steroid shots in my back for pain June 6 , I missed my period twice, I have always been on time, except for when I had my kids. I exercise and am very healthy. well, except for arthritis in back. I just want to know, is this unhealthy? when will my period come back? it feels like it is trying, I just want it to go, it makes me feel bloated and anxious.

steroid has many side effect. it is to be tapered down. get checked by gynechologist. it may be hormonal imbalance you other feelings are psychological
you should continue your other activity.
