Hello dear user of HCM!
Welcome and thank you for sharing your concerns with us!
Firt of all I would say you not to worry about, because this fact can also affect your menstrual cycle.
Stress is a major cause why the periods may delay.
You said you have done a surgery where you have removed your both fallopian tubes. This is another cause for your delayed periods. Not only a gynecologic surgery but every surgery or other medical condition may do that. Sometimes it may last quite long up to one ore two years.
Anyway, I would suggest you to wait some more time for your periods. As you said the chance of
pregnancy is 0% in a natural way so you don't worry.
If your periods delay to much that you can't wait, you may talk with a gynecologist if you want, because there are
hormonal therapies that help fixing the menstrual cycle.
Meanwhile, try to keep a healthy lifestyle, with a balanced diet and physical activity.
I wish you all the best!
Kind regards!
DR ERIOL.
