What Causes Delay In Periods Along With Sore Hips And Tiredness?

HELP please, I am already plus sized and have always had a very down to the minute routine menstrual cycle until the last 6 months or so. An as it is now Nov 13 and I have not had a period since Sept.23. I am super tired, super hungry and thirsty, had lightening crotch a couple times lately, very sore back and hips and a rounding hardening belly.. I know that you are probably thinking - you re pregnant BUT all 5 pregnancy tests say I am not! I have been pregnant before and it feels the same but I don t feel any movement or painful breasts, which were VERY prominent in my first pregnancy.. Should I go get a real test from my doctor?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
According to details,You should go for Beta Hcg test and Pelvic Ultrasound to rule out pregnancy or any other cause of such symptoms.
Then consult with your Gynaecologist or you can write again for any query or follow up.
Wish you Good Helath.
Regards
