thanks for choosing health care magic.During periods hormonal changes are taking place and from uterus waste products are thrown out of body in meanstrual flow.So because of this you feel week and having pain in stomach.Try to be light on diet in this days.Drink more of liquids,continue your routine and you can have antispasmodic for pain if it is severe.
