What Causes Delay In Periods And Abdominal Cramps Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi, I have come off the pill in May this year with withdrawal bleed on 28the may, it has taken some time to get my first period, in fact came on 28th July and then since then I have had two 27 days menstrual cycles. I am now late for my period, which was due on 14th October ( my last period started on 18th sept) but to this day no sign, making me 5 days overdue. Strangely around the due date I had really bad menstrual cramps, at least that s what I thought but no show. Did a pregnancy test on sun 18th October but it was negative. I had some Botox and fillers mid cycle, could this have delayed my period?

This much delay is quite normal , considering the fact that you were on pills. Although sometimes UPT can be false negative. So i would suggest to repeat UPT and wait for couple of days.
