What Causes Delay In Periods And Back Pain Despite Having Negative UPT?

wo years ago I found out I have polytheistic ovaries, my doctor gave me birth control, I stopped taking them a year ago because I wanted to have a baby, I been trying to get pregnant but no success, I haven t got my period for the last month, My ovaries are killing me, & My back hurts bad, I have to use the restroom frequently, Im scared it could be cancer, do to my negative pregnancy test...What can it be? What should I do?

Hello,

As per your history you have PCOS diseases. Symptoms of PCOS are irregular periods. A lack of ovulation prevents the uterine lining from shedding every month. Some women with PCOS get fewer than eight periods a year. Don’t be scared you need USG lower abdomen investigation.
