Last month i dI d several pregnancy tests between days 28 and 35 and all negative. I had sex on day 12 this month. Iam not on any medication, have not lost any weight or carried out excessive exercise, same lifestyle as before. Any clues as to what is going on. Lucy
Your symptoms may be due to the menstrual cycle which you gonna get sooner, which is called as " PREMENSTRUAL SYMPTOMS".
You can wait maximum for period of 10days plus or minus from your usual menstrual cycle dates (Provided your periods are happening regularly every month).
I would like to advice:
1. Have a nice schedule of YOGA & get relieved of your stress
2. salt restriction
3. Avoid caffeine & alcohol
4. Do a USG PELVIS, to rule out any internal pathology.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
