What Causes Delay In Periods And Soreness In Nipples After Having Unsafe Sex?
I had unprotected sex on day 18 of my cycle using the withdrawal method. My period is three days late and I have sore nipples in the shower. I often have sore breasts before my period, but not nipples. I have two children already and I am 44 years old. what are the chances I could be pregnant?

Delay in periods after having unprotected intercourse should always rule out pregnancy.
Kindly get your urine tested for pregnancy.
In case it is negative, considering your age, delay could be due to peri-menopausal symptom as some of them experience irregular periods before attaining menopause.
In that case, you need to get your periods, even though it could be late.
